We are so happy that you have taken the time to visit our blog in hopes of finding a loving home for your little baby. We realize that this is a very difficult decision that will forever affect your life as well as the life of many others. We admire your strength and courage in taking the steps to providing a promising future to the sweet spirit you are bringing to earth. We hope that by reading our blog, you will be able to get to know us, and you will feel comforted in knowing that your decision will be providing this little angel a life full of happiness, encouragement, strength, faith, and most of all…LOVE!

We have been happily married since June 2007. Ever since that day, we have been eager to start a family of our own. Just before our 1 year anniversary, we found out that we were going to have a baby! We were SO excited and felt like we were definitely ready to be parents. Unfortunately, the excitement didn’t last long. I miscarried 9 weeks into the pregnancy. It was a very difficult time, but we had faith and hope that we would soon be blessed with another opportunity to start the family we had always dreamed of. Unfortunately, nearly 7 yrs later, we are still hoping for a child of our own. It has been very challenging for us emotionally but we know that we couldn’t have endured this long without the strength and love of our Savior Jesus Christ. We have felt his love and have received so many blessings. These years have given us the time to realize who we really are. We have been able to strengthen our marriage, strengthen our testimonies of Jesus Christ, and have been able to truly prepare ourselves the best we can to be great parents. We have realized that we may never physically be able to bear children of our own, and that is ok! We are so excited for the blessings of adoption and so look forward to the chance to become a mom and dad. We also look forward to meeting you and for developing a lasting friendship. General Conference and Easter

Last weekend we went on a road trip to Utah with my sister, Julie, and her husband, Kevin. We drove up there in hopes of watching General Conference at the conference center in Salt Lake City. If you are unfamiliar for the LDS General Conference, here is a brief explanation of what it is. Twice a year we have a conference where our prophet and his apostles will speak on various topics and it lasts pretty much all day Saturday and Sunday. It is always so great and uplifting. We look forward to it every 6 months! Since not everyone can watch it at the conference center in Salt Lake, most people watch it on t.v. Neither Kent nor Kevin had ever been there, so we decided to take them! Most people who want to go, will try to get tickets but they go really quickly. If you don't get a ticket you can try to get in the stand-by line and get in. We have always been able to get in on stand-by so we decided to take our chances and make the trip up there.

Starting our trip! We stayed at my aunt and uncles house in St. George to split up the trip a little bit.

Friday night we made it to my aunt's house. Kevin had a mission reunion so Kent and I went out with my aunts, Edith and Brenda (my dad's sisters). We watched Cinderella! They were so much fun to hang out with! Sad we don't get to see them very often.

Conference started at 10am so we decided we better get to the conference center early to make sure we could get in. We showed up just before 8am to stand in line and it was freezing cold!!

So we waited in line for 2 hours, just to find out that the conference center was full! We didn't make it in! But all was not lost. We were able to watch conference in the old tabernacle where conference used to be held. We only got to watch it on projectors but it was still cool to be in the tabernacle.

The organ in the tabernacle is so amazing!!

This is us in front of the Salt Lake City Temple. It is such a beautiful temple. If you don't know anything about it, it was built in the 1800's and construction took 40 yrs. It was build by members of the LDS church and it was all volunteer work.

We stayed at my Aunt Edith's house near Salt Lake City. We have fun in her basement playing a dart game.

All 4 of us are kicking back watching the saturday afternoon session of conference. we were nice and cozy!

We headed home on Easter Sunday. On our drive I saw this image in my water bottle. If you look closely toward the top, there is a little child holding a teddy bear. I thought it was pretty cool!

We made it home in time for Sunday dinner and Easter egg hunt with the kids.

About Kent

I am Joshua Kent Frost, born in Tucson, AZ. My parents have always called me by my middle name, Kent, so that is the name I go by. I am the second oldest of six children. My family moved to Gilbert when I was two years old. Growing up, I enjoyed playing legos, building tree houses, and playing in a city soccer league. In High School I played volleyball for the Gilbert Tigers. After High School I got a job framing houses to save up money for my mission for our church. A year later I was called to serve in the Peru, Trujillo mission. After I returned home, I worked for Element Homes as the Assistant Superintendent while attending Mesa Community College starting a degree in Construction Management. I completed my Construction Management degree at ASU in May 2013. In March of 2007, I started working for Sundt Construction and I am still working for them as a project engineer.

About Amy

My name is Amy Renee Ellerman and I was born in San Jose, CA. I am the fifth of six children. When I was 7 yrs old my family moved to Snowflake, AZ. Growing up I spent most of my time playing sports and singing in the Honor and Madrigal choirs. In high school I played on the varsity volleyball, basketball, and soccer teams, and I also ran track. I really enjoy softball so I always played in summer leagues. After my junior year, my family moved to Thatcher, AZ where I graduated in 2005. On the day of graduation I was offered a scholarship to run cross country and track at Scottsdale Community College so I jumped at the opportunity. While there I graduated with my Associate of Arts Degree in May of 2007. I later continued my education doing a program to become a Certified Personal Trainer. I am currently managing a dental office and doing fitness boot camps on the side. Health and fitness are a huge part of my life and I Love what I do!
